Our Story

Born in the Field, Not a Boardroom

In the construction industry, we measure twice and cut once. We value precision, reliability, and hard work. But for years, when it came to managing our sales pipeline and tracking bids, we found ourselves using tools that were either dangerously flimsy or unnecessarily complicated.

We looked at the “giant” CRM platforms, only to find they were built for Silicon Valley tech firms, not for someone trying to track a concrete pour or a framing contract. Then we looked at spreadsheets, which—while familiar—are where good leads go to die. One wrong keystroke or a forgotten follow-up, and thousands of dollars in potential revenue vanish.

TrackMyBids.com was born out of that specific frustration. We didn’t set out to start a software company; we set out to solve a problem for our own construction business. We needed a way to see our entire pipeline at a glance without needing a PhD in software engineering to navigate the dashboard.
